Coach Bailey recently finished a 42-year coaching and teaching career (seventeen in high school and twenty-five in college). From being the Head Coach at West Linn High School and participating in the 1995 State Championship Game, to winning National Championships in 2004 as Head Coach at George Fox University, and in 2018 as Associate Head Coach at Oregon State University, Coach Bailey is a man of deep convictions and commitment to athletes at the HS and college level.
