Coach Verlin joins Coach Hoover’s staff after spending the last two seasons as as an Assistant Coach at Bowling Green State University. In his time with BGSU, Coach Verlin helped the Falcons to 38 wins, including the programs first 20 win season in six years in 2021. Working primarily with the Falcon catchers, Coach Verlin helped the team to the second best caught stealing percentage in the Mid-American Conference. Prior to his time at Bowling Green, Coach Verlin spent three seasons at NCAA DIII powerhouse Penn State Harrisburg.
